Mushroom-Pepper Fry.


Mushroom-Pepper Fry

Ingredients:

·        Mushroom 200gm.(cut into slices)

·        Capsicum 1pc. (cut into slices)  

·        Olive Oil 4 tea spoons..

·        Chilly 1pc

·        Pepper Powder 3 tea spoons.

·        Onions 1 pc. (Cut into Small pieces)

·        Cabbage ..100gm

·        Salt 1 tea spoon or As per your Requirement.

·        Cashew 5pcs.

·        Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tea spoon.

·        Sliced Badam Optional

·        Coriander powder 2 table spoons ,garam masala 2 table spoons

·        Curry leaves little.



Preparation method:

Take Olive Oil in the pan and add pepper into it heat it for 3mins , add garlic-ginger paste and stir fry it.

After some time add sliced chilly and Onions and make stir fry.

Now add Capsicum and Cabbage in the pan and stir fry it for 1min.

Now add Small cut pieces of Badam and cashew and stir fry for a minute.

Now add sliced pieces of mushroom in the pan and make it stir fry.

Now add Coriander powder and garam masala mix it well and .. fry it in small flame.

Now add curry leaves to it , add little water

 And Close the lid for 10 mins ,,allow it to boil /fry for little time.

Now …Tasty .. Mushroom Pepper fry is Ready for Serve..

Apple- Banana -Smoothie

Apple- Banana -Smoothie  ...Yours Healthy Breakfast Special:

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples (Peel apple cover & cut into slices).
  • 1 Banana + 1 carrot (Peel Carrot cover & cut into slices).
  •  200ml milk
  • 2spoons of honey
  • 25gm Seesame Seeds
  • 25gms Raisins
  • 4-5 Dates
  • 25gms of Cashew/Badam 
  • 2 Cardamom pcs

Preparation Method:

  • Add Slices of Apple and milk to the Juicer and Grind it.
  • Add Banana & carrot slices to the juicer and grind it well.
  • Now add 2spoons of honey to it
  • Now add Cashew slices , Dates without seeds , 2 cardamom seeds and Raisins ..and Grind it well with Juice.


Now your .. Apple –Banana—Smoothie is Ready for Serve…

Add Sesame Seeds, Raisins and Without Oil fried ..peanuts  on Top for Extra flavor..

Cashew-Semiya Upma

Ingredients:
  1. Mustard Seeds (one tea spoon)
  2. Cashew nuts (50gm)
  3. Wheat flour (Upma flour) (250gm)
  4. Semiya (100gm)
  5. Carrot 1 piece (slice into small pieces)
  6. Cabbage 100gm (slice into small pieces)
  7. Curry leaves little
  8. little salt.
  9. Ghee/Vegetable oil/ corn oil /olive oil
  10. Green Chilly 2 pcse
  11. Onion 1 piece 
Preparation method:


First of all add semiya and wheat  (upma flour) in the pan and fry without oil for little time.

Now put some ghee on the pan and take cashews and make it little fry and take it in separate plate.

Now add little oil in pan and add little mustard seeds and make it little fry , after sometime  approx 1min add sliced pieces of chilli , onion , curry leaves and fry it for little time.

Now add some water( double quanity of wheat flour u put.).(for eg: if u put one glass of upma floor add 2 glasses of water. )  and boil it for 2mins.

 Now add sliced pieces of carrot and cabbage to the pan and boil it for 5mins.
         
                  now add  Upma flour  & semiya mix to the pan and boil it for 2mins , when you add upma and semiya mix ..it absorbs water with in a min at that time add roasted cashew to it and mix well in little heat .. when all water absorbs.. it mean delicious upma is ready to eat.

...Now eat & Enjoy..

                         For Good taste .. eat upma along with Pickle or Chutney Power ...

Macho Veggie garnish Chicken 65 -


Mancho Veggie Garnish Chicken 65 :

Ingredients: 
                   1. 500 gm of  Chicken (Breast).
                   2.100 gm of  Curd.
                   3. Chicken 65 Masala.
                   4. 1Lemon .
                   5. Cashew nuts  15 pieces (As you like).
                   6.  cabbage 200 gms.
                   7. Capsicum 1piece.
                   8. onions.
                   9.Green leaves for garnish. 
                   10.mancho chips.

 Preparation method:
                   Cut Chicken breast into small pieces.  
Take a bowl   add chicken 65 masala , chicken pieces , curd , chilli powder, pour lemon juice and salt mix well  and marinate for 30mins.

                  stirfry ..cashew and cabbage until it become .. semi red color ,

             take fry pan , pour oil and heat it upto 3mins add marinated chicken piece and fry it until it get boiled , tight and fried. 

            after that take into pan .. 

              now make raw cabbage , capsicum , green leaves , capsicum,mancho chips and onions into salad like coreldraw  mix it with fried chicken and roasted almond & cabbage.

         Now -Macho Veggie garnish Chicken 65  is ready to serve.
           
                 

Tomato-Garlic Fry

Requirements:
  1. 3 Tomatoes.
  2. 2 onions.
  3. masala seeds.
  4. 1/2 of garlic.
  5. 2 green chilly.
  6. 1layer of curry l leaf.
  7. salt.
  8. 2spoons of cooking oil.
  9. coriander powder
How To Cook:

cut onions,garlic,green chilly curry leaf into pieces and cut tomato in round slices after that take a pan put oil in pan and boil in a low frame add masala seeds,cut onion,garlic ,green chilly and fry it in a low frame after that add salt,chilly powder and coriander powder fry it for sometime after few  minutes of frying add tomatoes and 
 cook it for a small mean time by adding coriander powder finally add curry leaves and mix it in low frame.

Now ur loving garlic-tomato fry is ready

Potato Fry- Home made specials

Requirements:
1)500 gm potatoes.
2)2 onions
3)2 Tomatoes.
4)3 dried chilies,
5)mustard seeds.
6)2 tea spoons of oil.
7)sufficient salt.
8)2 garlic pieces.
9)curry leaf
10)chutney powder(mixture of groundnuts,roasted gram ,dried chilies ,garlic)
( How to make chutney powder......

 Requirements: (groundnut seeds,roasted gram,dried chilies,dried chilies ,salt)
Take groundnut seeds make it roast in pan without oil for a mean time after that take dried chilies in a a pan  put some oil and heat for some time.
                                                            put groundnut,roasted gram,dried chilies and salt and grind it in a mixi after some time add garlic and again grind it for some time.
Now chutney powder is ready.)

How To Cook:
Take potatoes in a cooker pour some water and add small amount of salt boil it until it get well boiled after that peel the upper cover of potato.Cut onions,tomatoes,garlic,curry leaf into pieces.Now Take a cooking pan pour  cooking oil into it add Cut onions,tomatoes,garlic,curry leaf and stir it till it get fried on small flame now add some salt and chilli powder or fried dried chillies and stir it for mean time. Now crush the boiled potatoes and add to  fry. Finally take entire mixture of potato into one bowl and add chutney powder into it and mix well for sometime.


Now  Potato Fry is ready to eat.





  



Tasty Chicken Franks Fry-Home made Specials

Requirements:
1) One Packet  of Chicken Franks.
2)2 Pieces of Onions.
3)2 Pieces of Green Chilli.
4)one Small Ginger piece.
5)Garlic pieces 1/4 part from  one piece.
6)sufficient salt.
7)sufficient chilli powder.
8)one tomato.
9)sufficient coriander powder.
10)one curry leaf set.
11)small quantity of mustard seeds.
12)Cooking Oil.

HOW TO COOK:
 First of all cut tomato,onions,chilli,curry leaf,ginger piece,garlic piece  and chicken franks to small pieces.


Take a cooking pan add two tea  spoons of cooking oil into it and put it on the stove. add mustard seeds to hot pan and stir it for a minute after-that add cut pieces of onion ,chilly ,curry leaf, ginger,garlic  stir it for a minute  after-that add cut pieces of tomato stir it for a minute and now add salt , chilly powder,chicken masala and stir it.

Finally Add cut pieces of chicken franks stir it in a low frame till it turns into all masala mix with the chicken franks and brings good taste.

Now It's Time to Enjoy Your meal.
